"I think it's important to find the little things in everyday life that makes you happy."

- Paula Cole

Hello! x

I just had my first ever driving seminar today. It was 6 hours long and my butt and legs are still sore at this very moment. Other than having to switch leg and arm positions every 2 minutes, I enjoyed the class nonetheless. What made it better was the fact that I wasn't alone and had close friends from school to go with. Last night, I told myself I wanted to make a new friend with at least one person there but alas that didn't happen because 1. I'm shy as hell and 2. I couldn't bring myself to actually look straight at someone, let alone say something to them. Anyway, cheers to completing Step 1 in getting my drivers license!

Other than that, I haven't been doing much lately. Last Saturday, my dad surprised us with an overnight stay at a hotel in Cyberjaya which was fun. It was the kind of hotel that had little bungalows around the area instead of a tall building. It was a lovely place and of course the best part of any hotel stay are the waterfall-like-showers.

Before that though, we spent the morning at a huge mall for breakfast or something like that, I can't remember lol. Then, we spent the night at a different and much smaller mall for dinner and because I wanted to go into the bookstore to look for A-Level books which resulted in no luck.

Mmm, what else have I been doing this past week?

Oh, I've been feeling pretty down and insecure about myself lately as per usual. As a normal human being, you're just either dripping in confidence or dragging yourself face down on cold harsh reality. Either way, I've been meaning to write up a blog post on that but I'd have to wait till I'm completely filled with inspiration before I do. Writing and stopping halfway through it without any more ideas is a no-no. I'm more of a one-go-one-shot-get-it-all-out kind of writer which isn't always the best way to write as coming back to old things with fresh eyes and a fresh mind is essential in creating good work.

Welp, mum just whatsapp-ed me videos of my little cousins and it really makes me miss their cute round squishable faces. Something I really enjoy when I'm around them is reading them their storybooks and seeing them just listening so intently. To be honest, I like reading their storybooks even when I'm on my own lol, especially ones that are written and illustrated similarly to The Gruffalo series.

Oh well, I'm out of stuff to say. Hopefully I'll get more stuff out and get my blog running again like it used to! Till then loves xx
